Dillman's Creative Arts Workshops - This is the 35th year of bringing nationally known art instructors and special interest programs to the beautiful Northwood's. Woodland Indian Art Center -The Art Center and Gallery offers classes, workshops, demonstrations, and a full range of Native artistic programming. Classes in beading and moccasin making, fish decoy carving, birch bark basket making, and more are offered year round. All levels of classes are available. If your group has a special interest in Native art we will customize classes with qualified instructors to meet your requirements.

Trout Pond Fishing, Memorial Day through Labor Day- William J. Poupart, Sr. Fish Hatchery - Hwy 47 North, Lac du Flambeau, Weekdays, 7-3, Weekends, 7-5.

St. Anthony's Salad Luncheon- The Women's Club of St. Anthony's Church will be holding their 52nd Annual Spring Luncheon on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 12:00 noon at the Parish Hall, Hwy 47(old Abe Road) Lac du Flambeau.  Cost is $10.00.  Tickets are available at the door day of event or by calling 715-588-2001.  A variety of salads will be served.  There will be door, raffle and table prizes.

Community Jam & Potluck -  4pm to 7pm at the Woodland Indian Art Center located in downtown Lac du Flamebeau in the Adawe Mall at 581 Peace Pipe Road.  FREE Admission - Bring your voices or an instrument and come jam with us at the Woodland Indian Art Center's Community Jam Session and build bridges within our Northwood Communities!  Enjoy this social time with others in a casual, relaxed atmosphere.  Please bring a dish to pass since this is also a potluck!

Family Fun Day - Held at the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Campground. The event runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm. There will be games, boat rides, tubing,food and alot of FUN! Hope to see all of you there. Sponsored by the Lac du Flambeau Police Department. Police Event



18th  ANNUAL LAKES FEST- held Saturday. June 21st at Lac du Flambeau Tribal Natural Resourcs Building Complex (Lac du Flambeau Tribal Campground) from 10 am to 3 pm. Free Admission! Displays from State and Tribal departments, Enjoy Live Entertainment, Canoe Races open to the public with cash prizes, Kids Games & Activities, Free Hot Dogs and Soda PLUS Raffles every hour as well as a Grand Prize raffle. July 4th Celebration - held throughout downtown Lac du Flambeau with the parade starting at Noon. Float Parade. 33rd Annual - Bear River Pow Wow-July 11-13 Held in the Old Indian Village on the Bear River Pow Wow grounds. This annual event brings tribes from across the nation to celebrate together. Open to the public to share in crafts, food and dancing. Friday Grand Entry is at 7 pm, Saturday 1 pm and 7pm and Sunday 1 pm. Admission Call Teresa Mitchell (715) 588-3333



LdF Lion's Brewfest - July ___ Held at Torpy Park in Minocqua from 1 pm to 5 pm. Sample 70+ craft, specialty and micro brewery beers. Enjoy live music, raffles, famous Lion's brats, hotdog's, and burgers. Tickets $25 in advance and $30 at gate and includes a commemorative Pilsner sampling glass, proceeds support local charities.
